Facial serum is a most versatile skin treatment. It can be used simply by itself after bathing, or it can be layered with your other moisturizers.  It also can be applied during the day if you’ve been out in the summer sun or dry winter cold and feel you want another layer. Normal serum is a great choice for all skin! It is prominently Argan oil which is a beautifully light oil with nutrients and constituents that benefit the skin in so many ways! Argan oil is known to aid acne-prone skin, plus can have an anti-aging effect on older skin.  It is rich in antioxidants and protects the skin from the damaging effects of sun, wind, and cold helping it to retain its youthfulness. Its fatty acid makeup renders it an effective anti-inflammatory and nourishing moisturizer which also prevents loss of hydration in the skin.  The essential oils chosen to pair with it are effective in reducing inflammation, healing acne, and renewing the skin.

Mature serum is formulated with oils especially suited for skin over the age of 40. I regularly use both serums in my skincare regimen. Hazelnut oil, rose hip seed oil, borage seed oil, and evening primrose oil are a luxurious mix and will leave your skin feeling beautifully soft and moisturized. Rose hip seed oil is a dry oil which is absorbed by the skin quickly.  Rich in Vitamins A and E, it reduces fine lines, supports the production of collagen, lightens the skin’s appearance, and calms inflammation.  These are a few reasons why it’s part of our serum.
